UPDATE 16th Feb 2026: This week, the NAS has released a new version online form that in future will be used for all renewals. As this is rolled out, we are asking all members who have already filled out the old-style forms to complete the new style form here:
The new form only takes a couple of minutes to complete, and will allow us to get our new membership lists up to date, so thanks to everyone who completes the form. If anyone has issues with the new form, help will be at hand at forthcoming NAS meetings so we can ensure everyone is signed up OK! All annual subscriptions entitle you to attend both the speaker and beginners meetings. The visitor fee applies to that meeting only. You now have the option to use your "flexible friend" and opt to pay by credit card - and can tap on the society's new card reader at the first meeting of the new season that you attend. You can also select to stay enrolled with the society, meaning in future years that as long as you renew your subscription promptly, you will not need to resubmit a fresh form. But if you select to do so, you MUST let the society know in writing as soon as any of your details change (e.g. address). This rollover will include any Gift Aid Declaration, so again, if your circumstances change must let us know.
